What we do?

YTECH provides Audio Visual Consulting, Design, Installation and Programming Services. We focus primarily on services and no longer offer product sales. Customer Service is what we do.

Why we focus on services and not products?

Referring to our philosophy we believe product sales are a complexity which conflicts with our services. Our goal is to provide services which are non biased to manufacturer’s product sales goals. This allows us to create solutions that are tailored to our customers needs NOT what manufactures would like us to sell. This also eliminates time and energy spent on sales. The time and energy usually spent on sales is now focused towards providing the best customer service and experience we can.

How do we provide services and not products?

We utilize partnerships with larger audio visual sales companies to sell products while we provide the consult, design, installation and programming services.

How do our partnerships work?

YTECH will act and operate as an arm or branch of our partner, providing all of our services to the client. Services provided are needs analysis, design, installation, programing and future servicing. During the quoting stage of of a project YTECH will provide our partners with scope of work documents, design, product pick list and cost for our design and installation services. Our partners create and send quotes to clients according the design we provide. All scope of work documents and drawings provided are tailored to represent our partners with their logos, contact info and headers. Our partners hire YTECH as a contractor and will pay us only for the services we quote. All products sales and markups are for our partners as YTECH does not take any commissions.
